PETALSCAPE No. 7 

A million little pieces.

Ok, maybe not a million. Probably a couple of hundred.

This petalscape, made with layers of porcelain petals on birch wood, took forever to create. Yet it was so worth the time and effort.

In the works long before the pandemic threw 2020 into disarray, Petalscape No. 7 finally left the studio in mid October and ventured out into the world. It’s now hanging peacefully in its new home on the walls of the cozy relaxation nook at Ritual Bodywork, a beautifully-designed massage therapy studio in the Grant Park neighborhood of Atlanta.

Run by the extraordinarily skilled Christine Legnon, Ritual Bodywork creates a safe space from the outside world where each each client can feel at peace—in both body and mind—through massage and energy work. (The cupping massages are especially divine…) It’s exciting that Rosie Village gets to be a tiny part of that!
